Meet your teacher

Hi, I'm Marybeth

Yoga isn't only for the young and flexible. It's for all of us, as a path to more peace, harmony and happiness.

My classes are alignment-based hatha yoga, shaped by more than 30 years in medical imaging: precise anatomical cues and a no-nonsense approach that meets every body where it is. Every ability, background, size, gender and faith is welcome on my mat. I'm a 500-hour E-RYT and have been leading classes and retreats since 2019.
